Excited to see SouthPoint expand into Waconia. It is nice to see a credit union making their way closer to home. My interactions with the SouthPoint employees have been great. I’m excited to work with them in the coming year.

Leah, Tom, Brady, and Elysia are incredibly knowledgeable and are able to help with any banking need including, but not limited to, checking accounts, savings, CDs, business accounts, online banking, consumer loans, mortgages, business loans, and credit cards.

Such a professional and welcoming environment! I love being a member with SouthPoint because they make it a point to make sure each member feels like an individual and not just a number in their list.

Kate at the Waconia has been incredible, as well as rest of the staff. I love they know my name, make me feel valued. If you are looking for that personal touch, I recommend visiting this location.

SouthPoint Credit Union Waconia clearly doesn't care about treating long time 30+ year members with respect. Offering new members a higher interest rate on CD's and not offering it to existing members is ridiculous. I'm looking for a new bank. The owner responds to all the 5 stars, but I'm sure he/she will not respond to a 1 star.

These guys went way past above and beyond with their customer service today, I will be forever grateful!
