They have a lot of banking needs which is great but CMCU is getting worse year-by-year. Now you can’t even get a real person on the phone or in office. you have to use the machine first which declines you therefore wasting 10 minutes of your time and then someone is allowed to help you. When I go into a bank it’s because I need to talk to somebody. Farmers go into banks because they want to speak to somebody. Very disappointing.

Why place ATMs outside in a state that is deadly cold 1/2 of the year? Clearly have 0 sense of customer comfort.

I caught one of the gals in a very bad mood. I needed a debit card replaced due to a crack in it. She was rude. She also didn't know what to do about my problem. If I heard her correctly, I believe she called her "mom" over to assist me. Her mother couldn't have been nicer. Im hoping to get my new debit card in the mail soon.

My experience at this place is nobody has any clue what anybody is doing this morning I get a phone call stating that they received a check for my vehicle that I traded in this previous Saturday and when I asked about how much the check was she had no clue and said oh never mind it's all taken care of. so then I look at my banking app I look at my banking app and it's still stating that I have a payoff of $36.41 and I'm wondering why do I have this additional payoff when I just went in on Friday and got the 10-day payoff because I trading my car in on Saturday and needed an accurate payoff to have them write the check today when I inquired about it I was just told well they must have gave you the wrong papers and this is Not your loan amount so needless to say after 26 years of being with them through all their little bumps and everything else I'm will be closing my accounts.
