I want to make it clear; I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews on companies on google. I called to inquire about an issue with cashing a check written out to me by someone with an account there. I was curious if it may be some security issue or something. The customer service woman named Leslie replied, "I don't know." I replied to her, well, is there someone there who would know? She said, "it isn't going to change that you can't cash it at Walmart," and proceeded to list only Bank Forward branches where I could cash it. The closest is an hour away. Anyone with any customer service job knows you never tell a customer or potential customer, "I don't know." I won't drive 5 minutes to do any business with this bank. If this is how they answer questions and treat their potential customers, I will gladly find a bank to deposit the check from them where I can get my simple questions answered and be treated with decency.
