very friendly staff! linnea was so helpful and knowledgeable about each and every type of bank account they offer. i would recommend checking them out if you're looking to switch to a credit union that offers more interest on savings accounts than most places in this area.

I have had my auto loan at the Waseca location for almost three years. I have no complaints about the customer service people, but the options for making the payment are frustrating and outdated. I cannot pay the payment online, they don't take MasterCard (unless this has changed) in person, or by phone, they now close weekdays at 4pm and do not have a drop box outside the building.. This is the only bill I have to write a check to pay!

As a new potential customer, I could not have been less impressed with this financial institution. I received rude treatment by one employee in particular because I did not know that they didn't have a change counting machine. I left feeling embarrassed. I will neither recommend or step foot into a Diversified Credit Union again.

Been with yall almost 2 years, constantly have to keep an eye on the BANKS/ (loan) activity with my account. Treated poorly, always greeted by rude people (melody I believe) zero help on the phone, and today was hung up on.
