My bank for three years after splitting with US Bank. Great people and I think a much better fit for the everyday working person. Good rates and always willing to help you with your financial needs. Their service is much better than larger banks because they only serve the surrounding community rather than having a gigantic national infrastructure. The phone app for banking is good, as well as the online banking, but it does lack in some options and functionality compared to the larger banks.

The rudest person I have ever spoken to: Jim Weinzettel, mortgage loans at Premier Bank. I asked Jim for an amortization schedule on a mortgage purchased at Premier bank. His response "That is the stupidest question". Jim you must be a very miserable person, too bad! No negative stars on Google review
