Kathy used to help me with my account she was always so helpful n great but think I heard she retired..don't know who the new person is in her place but she was rude was not helpful didn't want to update my savings little book n correct the mistake that was made on my account...so probably will be closing my account soon don't want to be dealing with stuff like that..n I been banking here all my life..I know this girl still in training but I have online banking I know how much I have n spend
