Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Winona, MN

I've had an account here for years. Used to give excellent service. Those days are long gone. Expect to get "stranger" service. Gone are the days where someone talked to you. Gone are the days you could get same day service. They have become just like a "bank". Shudder.....

Absolutely love this Winona branch of Affinity. The people working know my name when I come in! They are super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a new bank/credit union, this is the place for you!

The people that work at the winona branch are great, but be leary of the financial advisor LM. All he seems to care about is getting paid, he doesn't care about the customer. He says what ever he has to, to get access to your money. 10 days has turned into 2 months and we still haven't seen the money we have been waiting on.

I kept my account open when I moved to Minneapolis for almost 6 years. When I moved back to Winona, I walked into the door to find they still knew me by first name. Please ignore any bad review you read from impatient individuals about this bank. I have never once in my over 8 years of banking with affinity Winona has a bad experience. They truly care about their customers in a way no other bank has in my personal experience. I highly recommend them.

I have a loan through Affinity Plus, and wanted to make my loan payment be depositing cash at one of their branch ATMs. This was not "authorized." Customer service told me this was a privilege that was not available to me until I had a more established relationship with them. Someone else said it was to prevent fraud. Apparently a loan is not considered an established relationship? Branch hours are not conducive for those who work during the day, and I am not interested in direct deposits. I will not be recommending Affinity Plus.

The Winona branch is bar none the best place to bank in all the land. Always there for us and always friendly. No matter the situation, they have you covered!
