Merchants Bank, Winona, MN

I've been a Visa cardholder for several years. Throughout those years, it's been hit-and-miss with mailing the payment to the Illinois Visa office. With my anxiety disorder, I found this to be very stressul. "Did the payment get lost in the mail?" "Will it be late?"I found Merchant's online Visa app and registered for automatic payment. The first month the payment was made, it was processed on my chosen date for the monthly payment I had chosen. What a sigh of relief! I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is still placing a stamp on an envelope and mailing the payment.

Great mortgage rates and customer service. However, their app for making payments is frustrating and has a great deal of opportunity for improvement.
