While working with land home, things seemed constantly unorganized, and a bit chaotic. I can go on forever about details, but here's the biggest reasoning for one star. The company needed to verify my employment. To do so, they sent documents containing my husband and my social security number and personal information to my companies generic email address. They didn't verify who ran the email, and the email went to several people within my company, which I definitely was not comfortable with. I'd like to think that they'd be more sensitive with my information and who they're sending it to. I will say that Caleb was really nice, polite, and professional the entire time.

Mark Franco helped us close on a home refinance as well as an investment property. He provided outstanding customer service. He was prompt, thorough, patient with questions, and highly organized. He is trustworthy, honest and very professional. We will absolutely use him for future transactions.

I got help here to buy my first house. It's really hard for me to buy a house because I just came to the US for 4 yrs and I haven't have 2 years of employment, the bank didn't count my job at a restaurant for employment and said it will be until November 2017, which is 2 more months from now. So I came here and the loan officer Thomas Nguyen guide me to the process. I worked with him since winter last year and finally bought a house this summer. Even though the process is frustrating because I have no idea how this is gonna work, but Kristina, Thomas' assistance, she helped me step by step what documents I must provide them to speed up the process. The most impressive thing I experienced with them was the buyer took Earnest money on 8/12 and we closed on 8/25, even the buyer's agent could not believe how this happened too fast. They said it doesn't make any sense for them!!! But yes, I got my house now, happy and graceful. Thank Land Home for helping me! I see many people complain about their services, I agree it is frustrating by dealing with documents like bank statements, w2 or tax return papers, however, those documents are really important to speed up your process and help you close sooner, so don't hide anything, be honest, and cooperate with the staffs so they will be able to have you out. And the most important thing is to have money in your bank. Credit score is not important because they will help you to clear that.
