It went fast and had good offer options. Was offered more then needed but I didn’t want the full amount they helped get the amount I needed that best fits my needs. I would recommend.

Charlie was rude and refused service to me because I disagreed with the loan payoff amount that Charlie verbally got from my current auto lender. She asked me to leave the office even after having completed signing my loan documents with One Main. Very un courteous, very impatient. She reflects poorly on One Main Financial company as a whole. Don't recommend her at all!

Charlie or Charlene, was very unprofessional. She made me feel stupid for wanting to payoff my loan. Also, made it seem like I couldn’t pay it off there because it would be too much trouble to get the information. I contacted a different branch because of this and they were awesome, and even congratulated me for paying my loan off.

Karissa, she was amazing, she was very helpful and she was awesome. I would recommend going to her. She answered all my questions that I needed. Great job girl.

I have had an amazing experience with getting my loan set up through OneMain Financial. After submitting my online application, Charlie followed up with me quickly to touch base and walked me through the process. When it came time to actually sign the paperwork for my loan, she was able to set up an appointment with me that same day. Charlie was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions that I had through the process, which was a relief as I have not applied for a personal loan before. A side note: I have hearing issues as well, and she made a point to speak up and repeat herself as needed and remained courteous and professional the entire time. She made the process so much less stressful than it could have been for me. Appreciate you!

No kidding, loan approval was fast and money was in my account less than 24hrs. If you're looking to get a loan this place is it. Charly was fantastic and very helpful in explaining loan terms and conditions and overall just made the whole process stress free.
