This is one of the best banks, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I wish it had cash deposit at the atm.

Michelle is the best loan officer I have ever dealt with, she is very helpful and always available. No other loan officer is willing to help after hours like her she makes herself available through social media which is very helpful, she is very nice and plesant and me and my family love working with Michelle, BEST LOAN OFFICER in the credit union.

This is one of the BEST places to bank! I've banked at a few other places in Worthington, and they have NOTHING on Fulda Area Credit Union. Their customer service is unbeatable, and their knowledge on the services they offer is unmatched.

I don’t give reviews too commonly, but when you are given such a high level of customer service, it almost feels criminal to not give credit. Michelle is an outstanding person who treats you like a good friend, and a valued customer all in one! She offers amazing help, and is very considerate! I felt very comfortable and confident while being led through the process with her. Michelle must clearly be an asset to their team! Highly Recommend!

Angie Luna at LECU is always so pleasant and customer focused. She assisted me with researching a transaction and quickly provided what I needed. Best part it was just after the Credit Union had closed, and she never made me feel like I was a bother or needed to hurry up.
