First National Bank of Milaca - Zimmerman Office, Zimmerman, MN

It's good to have a home town bank when you need it. The teller knows your name when you pull up, the banker asks about you and your family. When you have a issue they are just a local phone number away to help. I have used larger banks in the past, but you always feel like just an account number. I don't need my bank to have their name all over stadiums in the twin cities , keep it local people!

Being fed up with the lack of customer service at the bigger banks, my husband and I were referred to Carol at FNBM, Zimmerman branch. Carol listened and understood our needs and helped us get what we needed for our small business. Shortly after, we moved all of our personal accounts to FNBM as well. I've never experienced the level of personalized customer service ANYWHERE that I do every single time I visit this bank. I will forever be grateful to Carol for helping us the way she did! Best thing we ever did was try out this small town bank.

Carol and the team are fantastic! The entire loan process was very personable and the customer service was outstanding. Working with the First National Bank of Milaca was refreshing and a night and day difference from my experience with large banking institutions.
