Mariner Finance, Arnold, MO

I've been with Mariner for a while, had a great experience with them in St Peters, now I am financing with them in Arnold. I've been on time with my payments until hit with issues with the flooding suffered in late July. They have called me as they should for payment, I tried unsuccessfully calling back 3x. Finally getting a hold of I believe Alicia today, who explained they've been understaffed is why I didn't get through. I explained why I am late and when I would be able to pay. She offered me some options, I wasn't satisfied with and said I would have to pick. Then went in on me about them calling me, although I tried to call back with no answer. Then said I was hostile, because I didn't agree with her options, and what she was going to do and hung up on me. Now this is the 1st time I've been late paying them, and I don't think that it required that lousy response. It's not like I said I wouldn't pay them. After this ordeal, and when I finally pay them off. It's a wrap with Mariner.. Never again

Mariner Finance company has really been good to me.i want to think them for helping when i needed it the most.both times.yes i have had 2 lians with them and they are great.i would recommend Mariner Finance to anyone that needs a loan and wants to be treated right.
