Phenomenal experience with OneMain Financial. Gave me a great APR with a subpar credit score. Needed some money extremely fast and they were able to help in very quickly. Would have been even sooner If I would have answered their first phone call but chose to ignore in respect to my banking establishment and what they could offer me. My own bank, that I've been with since I turned 16 years old, going on 32 now, wouldn't even give me a loan at all. If OneMain Financial was a banking institute I would have immediately switched over. And the technology they use for signing documents all from home is great! Took only about 15 minutes to get a seriously substantial loan. OneMain Financial, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff here is understanding to my needs and never makes me feel uncomfortable. Yes the rates are higher than most would like, but remember, this is a loan. The staff has worked with me any time I have needed a bit more time making a payment. I ended up getting laid off from my job and was able to use the insurance that I bought when I opened my loan, and the staff took care of everything for me, making an extremely hard situation for me and my family, far easier. One Main worked for the financial situation I was in at the time and I would recommend it to anyone. Just make sure you ask questions and so that you know it will work best for you as well.

At first it was nice working with this office, but I just received a phone call from the most DISRESPECTFUL employee. I called and removed auto pay last week and explained I would be paying in full shortly and the payment would be late. I received a call today telling me my payment was late to which I replied that I knew that and I would be paying it in full next month. I understood there are consequences to my credit and late fees. The woman who called got an attitude and said,"you are fine with is reporting to your credit?" in a sarcastic tone. I told her she was being extremely rude. She didn't apologize after I told her my terminally ill husband is in the hospital and we are selling our house to pay off medical debt and this loan. She continued with her attitude as if my situation was of no importance and she just wanted her payment that is as of right now 5 days late. I have never been late on this loan before. I have had it for over a year. I hope she never experiences a dying husband and financial troubles. Should be ashamed of herself as a human being. Never will recommend this business to anyone. I understand I am responsible for the bill. Unfortunalty you will just have to wait two weeks for your money.

It was very fast and easy. I didn't feel pressured at all.

Predatory lender they are out to screw you and keep you poor. 50 plus I treat rates!! Do not borrow money from these sharks!!!!
