Absolutely a joke of customer service… branch manager needs to keep her noise out how we are going to pay our other bills which is absolutely none of her business.... trying to explain to her we are going to school for 4 weeks ( for a higher paying job) and she copped a NASTY attitude for 0 reason because she can’t comprehend what we said 10 times going on leave of absence from our current employment for school… I Will NEVER be back again after I pay this loan off in the next month… absolute joke of customer service just for asking a simple question… maybe management needs to get some anger management classes
