I called and spoke to them and they approved me for even more than asked for. Then they quoted me 17.9 % I go and sign paperwork and look closer and they charged me 24.9 %. Unbelievable... they lied to me. When I started telling him this was wrong, he said I'm sorry it's out of my hands. I even told him I'm retired and on a fixed income, it did not matter. I was sick to my stomach. I've called and spoke to the branch manager and he said there's nothing I can do. So whatever you do stay far away from this place. They tell you one thing and lie to you. Everyone I talk too I tell them. Last thing I told them on a survey they can fix this and just pay what I've paid in and pay it on the loan, I've heard nothing. Please protect yourself stay away.

Over a couple of days, I was told that I was approved for a loan, and was told all I had left to do was provide proof of residency. Then I get a call saying that I was denied because I only made $6,000 in 9 months. Excuse me? It's not even the end of august, the 8th month, and that $6,000 is only 1/3 of my income. I provided two paychecks that show i made $3,000. In one month. I had to explain how tips work, and how there are lines for tipped hourly wages, and another for regular hourly wages. Poor Rachael just couldn't comprehend how to read a paycheck stub. I guess its a good thing though, 26% interest on a loan is outrageous. I'd rather wait a little bit longer to go back to school.

After being approved for a loan and finding out that their Interest rate is almost 36%, we chose not to get a loan through them. They had the audacity to now say our loan wasn't approved. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Crooked business practices.

We have gotten a loan through them and have an amazing experience. Jacob Thomas has gone over and beyond to do anything and everything in his power to help us when an automatic payment came out when wasn't suppose to. Truly professional, respectful, and sincere! overall experience has been good. borrowed money to pay my credit cards off. will be paying off the remaining balance with my tax return. only problem is the interest rate is pretty high. i have decent credit but i only make like $100 leeway every month after interest hits. everyone has been polite and helpful.

Well known scammers. This company has been recently fined $20 million by the federal government for cheating customers out of refunds along with a slew of other things. Avoid!
