This bank is definitely the best around. I've been a member for 4 months and will never do business with another bank again. The loan department is amazing. The staff is the best. Their down to earth, dedicated, great listeners, and goes over and beyond to service their clients. My experience with them, and also with this bank altogether, has been overwhelmingly superb!

Used to think that this bank was fantastic, customer service was great anytime I needed anything I was able to get ahold of the person I needed to get ahold of. Recently things for some reason has changed I've placed five calls trying to get a hold of one person leaving messages and call back number and still have not received a call back so I guess at this point I will just have to keep calling or physically drive an hour away from my home to speak to the person that I need to. like I said this Bank used to be fantastic but I'm highly disappointed at this point.
