The Bank of Missouri, Bolivar, MO

I have banked there for about six years and they have always been helpful and willing to work with me. Anytime I have a question I can always get an answer within an hour, they also have always been good about raising or lowering a limit that I need on a card or for mobile banking. Their mobile banking is incredible and easy to use. I would recommend this bang to anyone that is anywhere near them. The only complaint I have is that I have to drive an hour for a brick and mortar bank. I don’t have to do that often so that isn’t a limitation for me.

Bank of Bolivar needs to come back as The Bank of Missouri gives us nothing but trouble. We never had a bit of trouble with Bank of Bolivar. The people have changed too. That should give you a hint at what kind of company this is. We need our small town bank back and do away with this big bank. Who cares about the reach around Missouri. We need a relationship again.

There is no accountability for mistakes made or responsibilities for their employees. Was a happy Bank of Bolivar customer but am now in the market for a better bank than The Bank of Missouri.

Window does not stay open according to hours posted at the west branch. 7 minutes until closing and window shades are drawn and no tellers are providing service. I realize the time is cutting it close but the hours of operation posted are not 9:00 am - 11:53am on a Saturday, it is 9:00 am to 12:00pm. It’s quite frustrating because this happens very often through the week at this particular location.

Bank of Missouri excels in customer service. Sincere effort is made to answer questions and concerns. The "store is being minded" and most should greatly appreciate the level of service.
