AJ is a breath of fresh air. I have been a customer for 8 years and she is my favorite.

Made a deposit for a large amount and they decided to keep it for two weeks and to not clear it until it was convenient for them. I have banked here for ten years and corporate told me they were to busy to check and see if the funds were good. I hope its worth it! Because im switching banks.

Edgar was amazing! He provided me with excellent service. He was very attentive and assisted me with all of my needs. He is verry passionate about his work. This was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

This is literally the worst bank ever. I have never had an account here but my husband and my stepson have. Every time we go in it’s always a hassle. Without going into to much personal detail it seem if there is an issue no one ever has an answer. They seem nice enough but they don’t want to fix the problem. Customer service there is literally the worst. So really they just hijack YOUR money and never intend on you getting it back.
