Constructive criticism for Ron Yarbrough would include taking a less "loan shark" vendor approach to his business and take a more consultative approach. He acted like he was engaging in casual conversation about the sale of my house, but as soon as he knew who was buying it, reached out to them unsolicited, creating a very awkward situation since the buyer was a friend of mine. Further, I would suggest that this business owner work on trying to improve his image within the community, talk less politics, and try to refrain from over-imbibing on alcohol when he's in social settings.
