I called got hung up on. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Anyways went to Advance America, and got taken care of properly. I was asked for name and social then hang up? Rude, and unprofessional. I called back to make sure they were really on that type of time, and they were. Sad.

Derek was amazing!! He stayed late in order to help us cash our check. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't mind staying at all and was extremely friendly. Will definitely recommend him to my friends as a place to do great business.

Derek Thompson was very helpful with my loan today in order to guide me toward the right loan that would best fit my budget! Tonya was also helpful the previous day was suggestions on what to do. Overall, Derek was the most outstanding because he was extremely helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable.

Julia is the best ...great customer service and super fast. Made it so easy for me to get the loan I needed and refinance too. 5 stars for sure definitely going to continue doing business here. What a life saver.

The staff was really kind, but one problem ,I had to switch banks due to changing jobs, I contacted the office and told them that the bank account I originally had when I got loan is no longer any good that I closed that account so don't try to run anything through that I would call in my payment, they have been running my payment through the account that I told them not to and have stacked up near $1000 in bounce fees, I don't think I should be responsible for those fees, I am about paid off loan but now say my final payment will be over $800 just because they didn't change my payment source.
