Rude and unprofessional! They shamed my disabled father over the phone. They will not have our business ever again! They treat their customers like garbage

I took out this loan to consolidate medical bills. I will NEVER utilize this company again. In the beginning of my loan term, the manager Jonna was professional, and would do her best to assist me with payment arrangements, or any other inquiries I may have had. During the past 18mths the management has drastically changed, and their idea of customer service is calling to harass you about your payment, even though you are not late, and there is a 10 day grace period. I have paid on my $5000+ balance ON TIME, over the past 4 years, but it does not matter. I understand the occasional courtesy call may need to be made, but this was ridiculous. I was even called and harrassed about my last payment of $150, (which was below my minimum payment), after I had made an almost $400 payment not 10 days prior. Please think twice before using this company. It is not worth the badgering you will endure.

Called them up to do my pre-approval. Came in the next day, since I called so late the day before, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes! This is my 3rd loan with one main! They rock and the gals are always nice and sweet!

Got a notice on my credit karma app. Saying they would give me up to a 5 thousand dollar loan ....guess what i didn't get and i did not even ask for 5 thousand ...... There full of them selfs and dot tell the truth.
