I came in here needing a small loan for various things. Rochelle was the sweetest person and helped in every way she could. She is always willing to work with me where able. I highly recommend Empire Finance of Carthage if your needing cash fast. The only downside is the "reminder text" only tells you once you're late on a payment, not prior to it being due, which would be preferred.

I'm sorry I ever took a loan out at this place!! The Manager is RUDE and harrasses me by coming to my home and calling me at work. The manager has called me at work several times. First day at my new job they called me at work. How she found out where i was working I'll never know. They track you like an animal. Its ridiculous. I told her to quit calling me at work, Isn't that against the law for them to harass you like this? Never again and I wont ever refer anyone to this place.

I took out a loan from Rochelle Cooley. She thoroughly explained out the loan process and I was out with a approved loan quite quickly. Rochelle explained to my wife Karen and me that a loan is a good way to build a credit score. Since we paid off the first loan, Karen and I together took out another loan to help Karen’s credit. Whenever we went in to pay we were greeted quickly and friendly. I would recommend Empire Finance and Rochelle to anyone needing a loan. I know if the need arises again, I would back to see Rochelle

I have an installment loan through Empire Finance to build credit , they are awesome. They take an hour lunch though which seems entitled and creates an inconvenience for me since there is only ever one person in office and they leave for lunch when I’m available to stop in to make my payment Other than that 5 stars

Put an application online and within 20 minutes got a call from Alisa and she got me the most I needed. She explained everything in detail and was a nice person to do business with!!
