Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri, Cassville, MO

I have had absolutely no issues with this bank since we've move banks around 10 years ago. Niki Null is our lender she is so awesome and easy to work with and talk to. If you need a new bank go to freedom bank they are great!!

I cannot say enough good things about this bank. I love the small town feel and professionalism that comes along with being a customer. They have helped my kids establish their credit with car loans and have handled our business loans as well. Andrea and Stan have went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions.

I bank at the Cassville or Shell Knob locations mainly, but it's so nice to walk in and to be greeted by name! Always so friendly and helpful! My family really appreciates the staff and how well they care for their customers!

I normally enjoy coming to this bank..but I am currently on crutches due to a leg injury. I am 68. So for first time used the drive thru..which was not busy. After completing my business I was told I can not use drive thru because my transactions took to long. Tried to explain I was on crutches...but was cut off..like a child..by another lady..(not teller) to not use drive thru again for similar transactions. I must be mistaken to think drive thru is there for a convenience as we we get older or unable to come in. I am not happy with my treatment.
