Shopped around with a few lenders in the area. Access Capital had the most competitive rates and fees of the lenders we compared. Patrick was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Had good experience with new loan closing but refinance experience was not good. I have given several customer referral when they needed but now they have enough customer to serve ..So, they dont care about repeat customer anymore. Rates used to be good but now start-up company is offering much better and great customer experience. I wanted to deal with known local business but not worth anymore. Good Luck!
