They kept me updated at every turn and Dustin was very quick about getting back to my calls and emails. He was incredibly sweet and understanding of my situation, I couldn't have found a better mortgage company even if I tried!! Thank you guys so much!!

Melinda was quick to get us on call and pull both mine and my wife’s credit without explaining anything else and any preliminary issues before the credit was ran. They ran our credit without full authorization and did not want my wife on the loan. Then said it doesn’t hurt your credit so no big deal! We have talked to other lenders and this was not the case. Feels like they just want to make a quick buck or something. Pulling credit within 5 mins of talking is a BAD SIGN. Extremely let down as I was told “she was the best”. Doesn’t seem like it to me.

Worked with Drew during the entire mortgage process and was impressed, but had an outstanding issue that went beyond the closing process regarding PMI and was promised it would be taken care of within a month or two of closing. Well, almost 7 months later and I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. In the meantime, it will continue to cost me $60/month (of which I shouldn’t be charged).
