The refinance process was so smooth. I love the app that is updated along the way so you’re not left guessing or waiting for someone to contact you, you can just open up the app and see what step you’re on and what’s happening during the process. Even though our first refinance option wasn’t available to us this time, we weren’t tossed aside like some other companies would do. We were given another option and thankfully were able to close on our refinance with very little extra needed on our part. We will definitely be using Mutual of Omaha for All our mortgage needs!
