The teller was friendly and very helpful and greeted us as we entered the bank. They provided face masks for customers at the entrance.The bank was very clean and organized. All my questions got answered and my payment was successful. We will be a returning customer, the employees here were all great.

Great people to work with - they make banking easy not like other banks that only want to drill you with paperwork and send you account off to the city for processing.

I was a Customer for over 9 years. I have had 4 loans with them. All were paid off early. 6 months to a year each time. Here is their problem. They don't report to the credit bureau. (but they use it) So when they decide they don't want to loan on something after 9 years of being a loyal customer and getting all loans through them.. Your credit will look bare. Go with a bank that reports your 9 years of loans and early payoffs. Also the loan office is always on vacation it seems. expect a Week to get an answer. Friendly staff and clean bank to have a checking account at. But honestly Run from the loans. Also watch the fees. I sold a golf cart on facebook and transferred money from facebook to my bank account. I went and got the cash out and gave it to the customer I sold it for. (more money than i had in my account prior to the fb instant payment.) they checked it was in the account and then gave me the cash. The next day I had a 20.00 overdraft fee saying the money wasn't in the account when they handed it to me. But if i only have 5.00 in my account and go ask for 2,000.00 they won't hand it to me. they would say sir, i can only give you 5.00 that's in your account. So they lied to me. i just really wish I would have picked a different bank 10 years ago.
