Best bank in the Chillicothe area! Outstanding customer service! They’ve always worked with me on loans and are an absolute pleasure to work with. Banked there ever since I was old enough to open a checking account and I’ll stay with them until the end!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not to mention how they allow fraudulent charges to hit your account and charge you overdraft fees for their mistake. Terrible bank would not recommend. Also notice how many good reviews are from years ago and any new reviews are negative. That's should tell you all you need to know.
