Jon Howard and his team were absolutely amazing. I seriously thought buying a house was just never going to happen. I had given up. Then along came Jon Howard and his “Hero Loan”. I always assumed purchasing a home was going to be a never ending search for someone to fund me or looking for something with the world’s tiniest budget. Boy was I wrong!! Jon and his team jumped right in and asked for the basics like running your credit, employment verification, and stuff like that. Literally the next thing I knew I was putting in an offer on a house and a few weeks later signing my contract and moving in. I am proud to call myself a homeowner now and none of it would have been possible without Jon and his team.
