My husband sprained both his ankles and could not walk and the after the teller said she would do it in drive thru then the teller made him come in for a withdraw. This is very messed up they should be better with customer service

After 25 years at same place,with Equity from the start in Clinton Missouri had owed as much as 37000 each payment on time played in full several other loans never late payed in full had 811 credit score got divorce had 6000 in savings invested 25000 with bank credit score went to 685 (lost farm) a company miss billed VA for 186 dollars I told the loan officer that was turned down for a 3000 dollar loan moving banks.

I love my bank! I had charges from out of the US so I told them and got my money back in less than 2 weeks.

*Update* today my husband and I were locked out of our account they said "oh well there's nothing we can do about it call the corporate office and complain if u don't like it" bulls derm! They are such liars when I took the money in they said it would be available with in 10 minutes I have been locked out since I made my deposit. So who gets booted the customer do yourselves a favor and don't get this bank we r leaving!
