I thought this was a good bank until the teller at the window added 700 bucks to my account and I didn't know and pulled all money out for bills and then a week in a half later I'm getting a calls saying I owe them 700 bucks for there teller mistake. And the branch manager proceeded to tell me it's my fault and the teller is only human and humans make mistakes but you still have to pay back 700 bucks and pay the tellers mistake. This bank is trash

The best bank I have ever had. There are so many options for accounts and loans. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. They take care of all their customers in a timely and professional manner. I hope they open more locations all over the US since I travel to different states all the time. Best part is, they reimburse ATM fees if you do have to use another banks ATM. Can't beat that!
