I really don't understand this company. Was looking at potentially consolidating everything into one payment, so I filled out an application. At first I wasn't that interested, as the terms were a little high, so I didn't proceed beyond that. Then I got repeated phone calls and texts from "Beth" about setting up a time to talk. I texted back that I didn't know if I was interested and was told to call if I decided to do it, THEN got more texts pushing it. Should've been a red flag, but I caved to see what they'd say. I applied on 1/22. I spoke to one person on 1/26 who sent the information to my email to verify. I submitted it the next day. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. I was a little concerned so I called our local branch on 2/2. I spoke to another person (mind you, both gentlemen seemed polite enough) and was told they would process. I wasn't told if I provided enough information, I wasn't given any details, just a friendly "we'll work on that." Today, 2/12, I get an email saying they weren't able to do the loan. No big deal, but I don't understand why it took 3 weeks to get done. That's pretty questionable service-wise. I've worked for a lender before, my boss would've had my hide if I waited that long for a resolution. Maybe things have changed, I don't know. As I said, they were polite enough, hence 2 stars, but otherwise lacking. It wasn't urgent, I'm not stressing about the money, but the lack of contact and information is concerning. I'll be ordering my credit report just in case.

Easy process and great staff!

They have been calling my private number for several days now. I have never done business with them nor do I carry any debt. Like other disreputable firms that have attempted to "scam" me, I have consulted with our attorney. At this point in time I have been advised that I am entitled to compensation for each call they have made to my private number.
