I have never in my life had such bad customer service.. They refused to send me a bills so I could set up auto pay with my bank.. So since I never have received any kind of billing and or info with account number and billing information now they told me NO ZERO INTEREST I was told ZERO interest when I bought it but since I didn't send them a pmt on there date BUT I DON'T HAVE INFO TO SEND THEY HAVE CALLED ME OVER AND OVER I ASKED FOR THEM TO TEXT EMAIL MAIL ME INFO I AM STILL WAITING..... THEY ARE NOT RUNNING A FAIR COMPANY

I purchased a stove from a local appliance store that gave a 0% financing incentive. It turned out that tower loan would be providing the financing. They have contacted me at least several times asking whether I would like more cash for various purposes, and every time I tell them to take me off their call list. They continue to call me, despite my repeated requests to be taken off of their marketing list. Additionally, they have told me that there are no notes on my account indicating my request to not receive telephone calls from them. I will not be using this company for any financing in the future, even if it is 0%. If they can't be trusted to keep track of who doesn't want phone calls, they can't be trusted to keep track of money. Update: After paying off the loan early, they still haven't sent me documentation saying my loan is paid in full. I called them several weeks after paying it off, and they said they would send me something saying I was paid in full. Its been a week or so, and I haven't received payoff documentation.

Shady. I got a loan for some furniture. 0% interest. I sent a large check and paid off the full amount. After a couple months I got a call saying they noticed I hadn't made a payment. I told them I had sent a check and it was paid off. After a week of investigating, and me calling them back, they said they applied it to someone else's account. They told me I would get a statement claiming it was paid off. Never got it and now someone keeps calling me trying to promote and get me to borrow more money. All these bad reviews should file a report with the attorney general's office.

SCAM!!!!! The loan company negligently violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and two, the company knowingly and willingly violated the law. This is the worst experience of my life. UmBurto, Jake Dorty, Metao, Michael, and John are the worst people I have ever dealt with. This company is out to scam people, and when I asked for a corporate number to reach someone to help, John gave me a phone number to McDonald's. This company should be shut down. This company sent out a check to an address I haven’t lived at since 2013 and said someone else cashed it, and that I’m liable for the amount. I called the regional manager Jake Dorty after this company called me 8 times in a row in the middle of my work day, he didn’t answer nor call me back after I’d left him a voicemail. So I called the corporate office, ten minutes after that he called me back and told me he was a very busy man and didn’t have time for this. These guys don’t have an education in the finance field or customer service. Jake Dorty the regional manager has shady business practices, and isn’t trustworthy. This company should reevaluate its employees.

At first, when getting loans at this company years back I did not have a pleasant interaction with the manager at the time. I heard there was a new manager at Tower Loan and every since they have been beyond exceptional in their service. Umberto gets the job done, he always answers my questions and cares about his customers. The other staff are also very friendly. I’m looking at a way nicer credit score because of Tower Loan. :)
