Be careful , they are thieves. they did repo my ex wifes car. that morning I gave her 1500.00 to pay off her loan . she took the kids to dentist which is next to the repo yard, they took her car 100 feet. unfortuneately she left the money in her purse in the locked car. when she was aloud to get ONLY her purse she found the money missing. they gave her a date to cure her debt and pick her car up. we went to titlemax with the money by the deadline and were informed her car was at an auction in Illinois. keep in mind it takes several weeks to get papers to transfer a car across state lines for sale, BUTTTTT, they had her plates and her key which the park hills cops made her give them. so obviously they either broke the law, or drove her car across the border. we declined to pay the debt as we were unsure of how the car was treated, it only had 139,000 miles, its not perfect but pretty nice and the auction even puts an estimate of value. they said 925.00... hmmm then why did they lend her 2000? the car was worth 4000. be very careful dealing with this corrupt company, now we have printed all the pictures and info from the auction website, gathered our evidence , and off to small claims court for the full 5000.00 you cang small claims, for the loss of her car and the theft of money.just found out her car was at auction five days before her right to cure.
