The employees were amazing, especially Tyler. He was very calm and helpful in explaining to me what needed to be done and how. I am 19, and made my first purchase for a car and financed it through Heights. He was able to get me approved in less than 10 minutes and I got my car the same day. He was absolutely great, and so were the girls who helped out!

My experience was great at first was the best loved them would recommend them to anyone after doing business with them for a few years your no long that new customer and their care and respect seems to just go out the window and the don't seem to care they send important papers then say don't worry about it it's nothing it's very disturbing considering it could mean a family could be without their vehicle at Christmas time ... It's a shame ... Their not the company they used to be ...

My experience with Heights Finance showed that the interest rates are better than other loan companies. The customer service provided by Tyler was very good.

I was able to come in on a day they weren't open and the staff was incredibly friendly and upfront about everything. I recommend this finance company over the others in this area
