Good place to bank at never had a problem with them.

I have had issues with this bank since I got it. I NEVER got the referral money of $150 that I specifically asked about when joining. I got tickets to a baseball game that never happened because of the covid. I asked them to stop payment on 2 unauthorized withdrawals, they didn't and at first overdrafted my account for my loan payment, and when I called again they stopped payment of my loan but not the unauthorized withdrawals! I'm done with this bank! I can't close it out because I'm stuck in NC! Unless I write a letter!

This location is amazing. You are always greeted within seconds of entering the building. The tellers are beyond helpful and always make my banking experience great. Their customer service is hands down the best in the area. They always go the extra mile to make sure customers are well taken care of. The facility is always clean. I look forward to going to the Eldon branch because I know what to expect!

I recently obtained a loan with Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks at the Eldon branch. We worked with Tony Halderman and he made it very easy to be able to sign our closing documents with DocuSign. We didn’t have to go into the branch, everything was sent electronically to us through our email and we signed everything and it was sent directly back to Tony. It was the easiest loan closing I have ever done! I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your loan needs!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! I was with Central Bank for several years. I had disputed some charged on my account, and their poorly trained customer service rep disputed the WRONG charges. This error made by Central Bank has cost me almost $300, and they refuse to even acknowledge their employee made a mistake let alone fix it. It has been several months now, and I'm still out $291.03. If you value your financial health, you want a bank that protects you from scams. Sadly. This is not that bank.

I have been a customer with Central Bank in Eldon for several years. They offer a great online banking platform that is user friendly and makes managing finances easy. Customer service has always been one of the best. They also value supporting local and they are always willing to go above and beyond to show they care about the people in Eldon. Five starts without a doubt!

I have been a Central Bank customer for 15 years. I moved away from Eldon 12 years ago but keep my accounts with the Eldon branch because the great service they have always provided me.
