Loan Master, Farmington, MO

This company recently bought out the company I have used for years. They talked me into switching from a two week loan cycle to a four week. After paying the loan off twice at four weeks, they switched me to a two week cycle without letting me know. In their own words, it was in the "fine print." Though this is legal it is highly unethical. Now when this happened, they refused to fix it saying that "corporate does what it wants." This was 100% their mistake, but they refused to make it right. The fees and charges were astronomical. This company and the company they bought out has made close to 3k in interest off me over the last few years. They've lost my future business due to their enethical model. There are several legit loan companies in the area, stay away from this one. You have been warned!

Scam alert! If you have to choose this company, especially the one in farmington, read your contract carefully and keep all paperwork and checks. They will change your contract without telling you when you renew your loan. They will build trust with you only to take advantage of you later. They will then act like they it's corporates fault, (who they cannot communicate with) and suggest you pay nearly 2x your original loan amount in order to keep "corporate" from ruining your credit score. Do not use this company, as they will do everything in their power to scam you out of more and more money! They seem have a system down, script and all. Reporting to BBB.
