Approved me for a loan of $9300, then told me I needed a tax extension letter from taxes I hadn’t filed yet from the year before. Christine said this policy went into effect the day prior. Convenient. I’m working on tax things with a consultant so I told Christine I’d get those for her. Next day I got it from my tax person but she decided to close out my loan request. So she tells me that they’ll need to check my credit AGAIN to see if I’m approved for a loan even though they just looked a week before. They checked it again without me even consenting to it next day and DENIED me for a loan this time and messing up my credit further by putting an added, completely unnecessary inquiry on my credit report. They have good reviews on Google but honestly I can’t see how. Goes to show you you can’t always trust Google reviews. If you can obtain a loan ANYWHERE else do so because this is an office I got the feeling wouldn’t care about anyone let alone someone with a decent credit score that didn’t necessarily need money like myself. Not recommended in any sense.

I was able to do everything on my phone online, it was smooth and fast.

I had a great experience getting my car financed here. All of the workers were very friendly, helpful and made the process quick and easy. Since I'm under 21 it's harder to get financed without a cosigner, but that wasn't a problem here.

Our air conditioner went out at our house and I need to get a loan to be able to replace it. I’ve been working with Tonya and she is fantastic. She answered every question I had and work with me to get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to check about collateral used for a loan i already had and they ran my credit again , which results in a mark, to offer me more money that I did not ask about!! Be very careful with these people and their practices!!
