Ozarks Federal Savings & Loan, Festus, MO

I went to Ozark Federal for my first home loan. I wasn't sure what to expect but Ann Schantz and her team made the process very easy! I was impressed with the amount of time and attention I received from Ozark when I was trying to decide what type of loan product was best (fixed, 5 year ARM, 7 year ARM). Ann explained each loan product in detail and provided the information that allowed me to make the best financial decision for me and my family. Lastly, Ozark offered very competitive rates compared to other banks. I will definitely be using them for all future banking needs!

I had an issue with my account that required me to call the bank. I spoke with Carlie. Carlie's customer service was above and beyond and she was able to help me remedy the issue.

Always extremely nice and have been a customer 10yrs. Never had any banking errors or problems at all. Free checking. The big banks charge and wait for you to pay all your bills and then hit you with that service fee. Mine ended up costing me $190 because of a $9.99 fee.

I've been dealing with them on a construction loan and have a checking account also. Very professional but also friendly I've dealt with Ryan, Lexi and Emily, all are a great asset to Ozarks Federal.
