ACE Cash Express, Florissant, MO

I was assisted by an ill -mannered female by the name of “Angel” I have experienced such rude treatment from this teller. I personally feel she has no place interacting with the public when she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.I trust that you will speak to her about polite customer service. But until then, I will be going to a different location.

Store 2315 - I ran in shortly before close, on Thursday to pay my rent . The new process was different for me, but the associate was AMAZING! She was helpful, funny and explained everything to me! Her customer service was outstanding! I’m from Ofallon and was visiting my family in Florissant, but she gave me such great service I will definitely use that store to pay monthly!

Great employees in and out service. It would be nice if the percentage for personal checks could get lowered for returning customers but business is business and I can't be mad. They helped me out in times of need

Shavika was very polite and helpful in helping me cash a check this morning. The process was quick, simple and fast considering I had visited 2 banks including one I bank we and no one would cash the check. Thank you to Shavika at Ace Cash Express!
