I had the pleasure of being serviced by the lovely Treena who was very customer service oriented and treated me like a person and not just a customer. She did a great job of building rapport and shared some things about herself that helped me feel very comfortable with working with her. She also didn't make me feel like I was being rushed through the process. I just don't experience this level of service very often so I offered to give her a commendation to show my appreciation for how well she treated me. Thank you Treena!!! Treena gave great customer service. I watched her assist several customers by herself and gave each individual their own attention. I will make the Parker location my go to spot for loans. Thanks again for making my experience perfect.

Mrs. Tonia Peters is a EXCELLENT example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She was patient and able to carry out both transactions that were needed to be made, she also did it in a timely manner. LOVED the service!!!

The customer service rep was very efficient and her customer service skills are superb. She 's also very polite and takes her job very serious as she multitasks. She's a great employee. I will continue to do business with her.

So I called this company I was asked my name and to provided information that I was old enough to cash a check before they could give me information on what it would cost to cash a check and then the manager proceeded to tell me to Google who owns the company this is what they consider customer service
