So after 20 years of being a member of this credit union, I called today to get my username so I could reset my password. To my unpleasant surprise, I was informed that my account had been closed and that whatever money was in my account had been used to pay a monthly dormancy fee. Then the customer service representative kept trying to get me to open a checking account with them. Guess a customer that pays their previous loans on time every month with them and has excellent credit and kept an account with them for personal and auto loans means nothing to them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I have been a member of infuse credit Union for over 20 years and highly recommend them!! I love their high rate checking, Christmas Club and many other services!! Their employees are always willing to help in anyway they can! Bryan Gentle is amazing!

We were traveling from Colorado, while trying to use her card she received a error message stating the card was flagged. Arrived at the Fort Leonard Wood branch to be taken care by Brittany. She made a stressful situation better through her pleasant personality and professionalism. She’s an asset to the bank.

I originally went here for a loan, with how friendly and caring about my situation the staff was. Especially; Kaylee, Taylor, and Monica with walking me step by step through the process and keeping me informed the whole time. Along with answering all my trivial questions and if they didn’t know they quickly found out. Even before I was an actual member. Needless to say I plan on banking with them for year to come. Plus, the facility was clean, organized, and displayed relevant information.
