I am on my second loan from this location and they have all been so helpful! I did one online, and then I did one through the mail that they send out. They have always been flexible when working with me and I have not met one person who judged me or talked down to me. I feel like they truly understand and are willing to help. Highly recommended.

Applied July 2nd 2022, thru credit karma. It is July 8th and I've left two voice-mails and called several times. No response, no nothing. Not the greatest way to do business.

I have a loan currently with this office. I finally went in to introduce myself and they are very friendly there at the Gladstone office. I just don’t trust home office/headquarters. I have a chance to refinance my current loan and home office/headquarters, all they say is that there are certain credit problems that prevent it from going through. If I’m qualified for a refinance, then why does it not go through. Like I said, I love the Gladstone office people very friendly people, but home office/headquarters they don’t have any kind of heart when it comes to helping people. I’ve been on time and current with my payments but apparently that doesn’t matter to home office/headquarters. But I highly recommend the Gladstone office and will continue doing business with them, just home office/headquarters need to learn better customer support. Go see Nicole at Gladstone, she is very friendly and sweet and will do everything in her power to help you. Just avoid home office/headquarters if you can
