Tower Loan, Grain Valley, MO

Debbie is hateful and rude and should not be working there. She has horrible phone etiquette and hangs up on customers and clearly cannot function in a fast paced high stress office. Customer service is clearly not a priority in the Blue Springs office. Told me the reason I was calling is not her problem, her manager is moving into a new house today, and she doesn’t have time to deal with me and hung up on me.

Debbie is why I will never get another Loan from Tower Loan ever again very unprofessional.She called me from Grainvalley location being very rude I was explaining how I was laid off for a week do to covid so could pay next Wednesday and she kept being rude and short raising her voice telling me I need to pay Friday.Alot of families going through alot with layoffs and money problems due to covid.please do not go through Tower Loan if you don't want extra Drama and the extra headache.What a horrible experience!

Debbie is great. New office manager...kind, knowledgable, and respectful. Be kind to both and they will be kind to you. Helpful when you need a loan office that says yes!

This place apparently, will randomly look up people by their last name. Then pester you for references, for someone you've never even met. This place really comes off as a scam by doing that. Definitely don't appreciate the spam calls from them.

Bad Service from the ladies.

Taylor and Parys were extremely proficient and made the process very fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Tower loan of grain valley for any of your finance needs.

Amazing staff, always helpful... Paris is awesome!!!!
