Very rude if you miss a payment on accident. They will call and basically harass you. Stephanie, the Branch Manager (at least she said she was!) was very rude on several occasions and then when called out on it tried to act like she wouldn’t do something like that! I do not recommend this company and it’s no wonder they couldn’t keep their other branches open.
