United Community Credit Union, Hannibal, MO

This place is very unprofessional and careless. Money was removed from an account that has not been touched in 5 years for personal reasons and they pretty much told me they could careless. (The fault of their teller there) Do not do business here unless you don't care how business is conducted. I am very unhappy with this credit union and can't wait to remove allllll of my money and start new... where simple instructions are followed. Thanks for nothing, this whole time I have been doing business here has been a complete waste of me and my families time!

Good credit union. Low loan rates. Only one ATM at the bank. Could use more in town.

Have been banking with them since 2012 and I couldn't Ask for a better service All employees are very professional courtesy and kind in all locations Quincy and Hannibal, I would highly suggest if you're Looking or moving to a new bank make this 1 of yours

After submitting all my information , paystubs, SSN, credit had been pulled ect, we had even talked numbers as far as payment and interest rate, MANY conversations about the details ... I was denied due to things that they already knew regarding my current auto loan and credit. COMPLETE waste of time and energy. Not to mention the loan officer was very unprofessional and hung up on me when i was asking calmly why the bleep they would let me go through all of this just to be denied after pre-approval. She said she was surprised they even pre approved me. VERY unprofessional. DO NOT recommend.

Very happy with my experience at UCCU. Misty went above and beyond for me and my family. She made us feel at ease with the loan process. Everyone there is very friendly. Definitely would recommend UCCU.

Worst bank terrible service and they blame you for tellers mistakes.
