Elise was the whole reason I chose to get a loan here after working there because I knew she was the best!!! After she got fired it seems to have gone down hill... I get calls every day when I have already scheduled future payments online so there's no reason to call since they can see when I schedule the payments... honestly just feels like harassment at this point and I can't wait to get this loan paid off and be done with world finance. People would come for elise and now she's gone and you can tell the difference.

This has been a pleasant experience with this company since the first time they lent to me, they helped me create a cushion in my savings for when my son was born and I really appreciate the people that I have worked with while dealing with my account at the harrisonville location, Kayla and barbie have great customer service.
