Used the atm outside it was down the day before and it was up next day. Used that atm and my card was used to withdraw money in California while I was in Hartville. I cost me 2300.00 that day so if it was me I would not use that atm. Called and told the bank and they did not seem to care, had someone later that day working on that atm. Learn from my loss and mistake do not use that atm!

Tellers are professional and friendly, always smiling. Lobby smells like freshly popped popcorn. Some of the cleanest restrooms in town.

It is so nice to be greeted by name and with a smile! All of their staff are polite, compassionate, and love their little home town.

Always friendly service, always going above and beyond, and no judging when I mess something up. Great group of people!! Thank you my POB peeps!

My gosh! How do I even begin to explain the immaculate service I have received over the last 18years of doing business with my local branch. I can only do so by telling a little testimonial about how amazing and over the top my bank is willing to go for it’s valued clientele..really it’s family as they would say. I once had call in after I’d ran over a 12 foot rattlesnake on a dirt road in the pouring rain and gave me a flat tire. I pulled off to the side but I quickly realized I’d started to slide down a 16 foot embankment and I was in a panic. Dialing the first number in my phone…my progressive bank answered the call! Without delay they saved my bacon that day! I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for their quick action. After that car got totaled by rolling down the literal cliff. They sent someone to pick me up and promptly got me an auto loan to replace the lost asset. Same day service that can’t be beat! Theirs many more stories I could write about the service I continue to receive but I think for now this one is good. Y’all would never believe the other things they’ve helped me with

I love my bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient. The Customer Appreciation Day was great. I can run into any of these associates outside of the bank and they still are friendly. That’s what you get in a small town community. Please don’t change a thing!
