I am very thankful to be banking at this branch. All of the staff have always been very helpful and they are very knowledgeable of financial issues. Customer service is truly #1 for them!!

I’ve had a bank account with them for a short amount of time and a truck loan they know who I am every time they always help me out they are always quick sooo friendly there’s nothing bad I can say about anyone there or about the place my family has been going through them and I am to if you are looking for a bank account or anything else this is the place no question asked 10000/10

The people are hateful and petty especially the manager. They are just out to take your money. AFTER OVER 20 YEARS OF BANKING HERE... I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS HERE AGAIN!!

Equity bank is the best bank I have ever had an account at!

This place is very clean and beautiful the people here are very kind, patient and helpful. We're just travelers passing through when our breaks went bad, we stopped off at THIS bank to pull cash but it buy the break to get them fix the very next morning go Monday. Something went wrong with the ATM and the money didn't come out. Everything worked fine it even said on our banking app the cash came out but from the ATM no cash. We called the local officer who also was very kind and helpful and they helped us get in contact with the bank and when we came back the next morning they did everything they could to help us. We were so afraid we were out the last bit of our money because of an ATM in what we think is the middle of nowhere. But because of their kindness and helpfulness we were helped and sent on our way better and happier than when we arrived. I'd also like to say this area, the town/city is absolutely gorgeous. It's quite and peaceful. If you get stuck in a farm quite town this is the perfect place! The people are so kind and the atmosphere everywhere is just so lovely! Thank you so much for the help thank you thank thank you!

Thank you drive thru team for helping us out! We are from out of town and we're kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. Long story short, the drive thru team (first thing in the morning) helped my wife and I with an issue! Not only were they friendly, but they went above and beyond. Just like the friendly police officer (Andy) the ladies at this bank exemplify the meaning of small town kindness. I understand that they could've sent me on my way with little to no answers, but they went the extra mile to help us. Thank you!
